Great show, web sites crashing
"BB&T handled the night great, show was great. Love Nation’s web site caused confusion and frustration by crashing. We looked to upgrade our lawn seats to box seats for the show. However, every time we tried to check out, the site crashed and we were unable to purchase the upgrades. We also attempted to rent lawn chairs online, but the site indicated all inventory was gone. Upon arriving at BB&T, we found that chairs were still available. If I hadn't gone to get a drink, we would have never had seats and would have left halfway through the show. These technology issues almost completely ruined what was a great night. Please address these issues for a better experience in the future. I am excited about using these services again.
